* Water rings/spots can occur from water/soap. Concrete is a porous material, so while they are sealed, water or soap can still penetrate the material and leave spots. We cannot accept returns once the dispenser has been used due to water/soap stains.

*Foaming pumps are approximately an inch taller than our regular gel dispensers. Foamers need to be used with foaming soap, which is thinner than regular gel soap. The amount of foamed soap dispensed per pump is the approximate size of a quarter.
