We truly hope you love your product, but we understand sometimes things don't work out. We gladly accept returns on any unused, non-custom and non-final sale products within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to return your item, please submit a request here: https://thepolishedjar.returnscenter.com/. Buyers are responsible for all associated shipping costs for the return. Shipping charges are not eligible for a return/refund.
If you have an issue with your product upon receipt, the product must be unused and the issue reported to us within 14 days to qualify for an exchange or return. Once the product is used, it no longer qualifies for a replacement. Please submit a request for a damaged item here: https://thepolishedjar.returnscenter.com/.

How do I return?
- Visit our returns center: https://thepolishedjar.returnscenter.com/
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines (buyer is responsible for return shipping).
What items are returnable?
- All non-custom orders within 14 days from the date of receipt. Custom items are those with customized text. Example: Monogram Collection, Personalized Signature Collection, Custom Text or Adding Your Logo
- In unused and resellable condition
- Items from the sale/imperfect section of the shop are not eligible for returns/exchanges
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Custom items
- Shipping Insurance
The item I received is damaged
If the purchased product is faulty/damaged, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered date. Pictures must be sent to us of the damaged product.
Can the items be exchanged?
Yes! We allow the exchange of purchased items for selected variants. Once the exchange request is approved, buyer is responsible for securely packaging items and shipping back to our warehouse. Once the items are received, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. All return shipping is buyer's responsibility. It is the buyer's responsibility to package all items completely in bubble wrap and provide enough cushioning. If the items arrive to us damaged, they will not qualify for the return.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
