Is your text and labels waterproof?

Yes, they sure are! We print on waterproof labels with waterproof ink. Be sure to avoid contact with rubbing alcohol or abrasive cleaners as this will remove the ink. 

Are the white and glass bottles painted?

Yes, they are painted. Please note the white is not completely opaque and colored soap will show through. 

How do I care for my bottles?

Wipe Clean. Do not put in the dishwasher.

Are there any limitations to what can be put on a custom label?

Yes, there are. Unfortunately we cannot customize labels with any crass or profane language. So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

How do I care for my pumps? 

If the pump becomes clogged, clean out with a pin/toothpick. Due to our pumps being real metal, oxidation (rust) can occur. We do not recommend to use soaps with high amounts of lye or chlorine  as they will eat away at the metal pumps, causing them to deteriorate. The brass, stainless steel, gold and copper pumps are the most delicate metals and we recommend using a different color if deterioration is a concern. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders Monday-Friday. Please allow 3-5 days for your product to ship (or 1-3 weeks during peak sales). Tracking will be emailed to you once it has shipped.
